Complaints

Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To submit a complaint, please contact us via WhatsApp using the contact number provided. If the issue is verified as genuine, our team will arrange a replacement.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Non-delivery of the Product
If an order has been prepaid and we are unable to deliver the product due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Major Defects
Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product with significant defects or damage, please inform our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

Product Not as Described
If the product you receive differs from the description displayed on our website, please report the issue within 12 hours of delivery along with the necessary supporting evidence. Once the claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations after confirmation are generally not accepted. For online payments, any approved refund (where applicable) will be credited to the original bank account within 72 hours.
